Range Rules
Current as of October 22nd
By coming to the range to shoot you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to comply with the rules listed below and the Club's Rules & Policies, and Guest Policy, and are aware of the possible consequences.
Below are the rules we are using to open the ranges.
Let me emphasize what what has been stated before: You screw-up once we turn off your card until you talk to us, screw-up again and you will face possible loosing your membership. We cannot, and will NOT, tolerate unsafe behavior, or ignoring any rule, by our members, their family or guests, or the public as it puts everyone's access in jeopardy! If you have questions, best to ask first.
The ranges will be open to members from 9:00am to Sunset, any changes to this will be listed on the website calendar, check it first!
The critical rules are as follows:
- Consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances before shooting is strictly prohibited!
- All members MUST swipe their membership card at the gate when entering and leaving the club property. This means even if the gate is locked open!
- You MUST check-in at the range building BEFORE moving anywhere else, the RSO will decide which range you will be allowed to use / share. If the RSO is not there -- do NOT touch the sign-in book -- wait for the RSO!!! Make sure to bring your membership badge and the vehicle's license plate number you drove to the range in.
- When you are done shooting you MUST check-out at the range building. Again, if the RSO is not there wait for them!!!
- Part of the north half of 'R3' is not available at this time.
- Anyone identifying themselves as an RSO must be obeyed without question.
- If the ranges are listed on the website as closed, there is no shooting allowed period. Watch the website!
- Again, there are NO Bump Stocks, Binary, Bi-Phase Triggers etc. allowed, see the 'Club Rules & Policies.' Firearms with these devices installed are NOT allow on club ranges.
- Plan to bring you own target frames; we are planning on installing PVC tubes 24" on center. All frames must be approved by the RSO.
- Steel targets, dueling posts, spinners, etc. the RSO will have the final word. Ground targets -- don't even think about it.
